The Knowledge Highway

In the capacity of ECI Telecom CKO (Chief Knowledge Officer), I developed a vision for the company Knowledge & Innovation Management strategy, which we called “The Knowledge Highway”.  The concept was then translated into a series of solutions providing practical knowledge and innovation challenges, including “Experts Yellow Pages”, “Re-use Repositories”, “Community of Practice Portals”, “Business Intelligence supporting tools”, “Technological Intelligence Supporting Tools”, “Knowledge & Innovation Metrics” and “Mergers & Acquisition Processes” .
